Paperclip Studio makes spreadsheets and templates you can open and use the same day. No app to learn, no subscription, no account to set up. You download a file, put your own numbers in, and it works.

They're templates: files you fill in yourself, with formulas that do the arithmetic. Nothing is connected to your bank, and every number and decision stays yours.

What's available now

Clearline Annual Budget is a 15-tab budget planner for Excel and Google Sheets. You put your bills in once, tick them off when they're paid, and see what's left before payday. It has a monthly budget, a bill tracker and calendar, a paycheck planner, a debt payoff tracker, savings goals and net worth. See what's inside.

How I make things

• Every screenshot on this site is the real sample file, with made-up numbers.
• Products don't connect to your bank or to any account, so your data stays in your own file.
• One payment, and the files are yours to keep.

Where I am

Paperclip Studio is a small business based in India, selling to customers worldwide. Checkout and payments are handled by Gumroad.
