Delivery Policy

Last updated 29 October 2026

Digital delivery only

Everything Paperclip Studio sells is a digital download. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping fees, no customs and no waiting for a courier.

How you get your files

When your payment goes through, Gumroad shows you a download page straight away and emails you a receipt with the same link. Clearline arrives as one zip file containing the Excel files, the Google Sheets files, the Start Here guide and the license.

How fast

Delivery is immediate. If you haven't received anything a few minutes after paying, check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt from Gumroad.

If you can't find your download

Email paperclipstudio1@gmail.com from the address you bought with and tell me the product name. I'll send you a new link.

Downloading again

The link in your Gumroad receipt keeps working, so you can download the files again, for example if you change computers.

If a file won't open

Tell me which program and version you're using and what you see. I'll fix or replace the file. If I can't, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where you can buy from

You can buy from anywhere that Gumroad's checkout is available. Prices are in US dollars.
