Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Paperclip Studio ("I", "me", "my") handles when you visit this website or buy one of my digital products, and what I do with it. I'm a small business based in India.

1. This website

This site is a set of plain pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no comment boxes, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't ask you for personal information.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

2. When you buy

The Buy buttons take you to Gumroad, which runs checkout, takes payment and delivers the download. Gumroad collects the details it needs for that, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details, under its own privacy policy: gumroad.com/privacy.

Gumroad shares your name, email address and purchase details with me so I can support your order. I never see your card or other payment details.

3. How I use your information

• To deliver your download and help you if something goes wrong.
• To reply to messages you send me.
• To keep records I'm required to keep, such as for tax or accounting.

I don't sell your information, rent it out, or use it for advertising. If I ever want to send you anything beyond your order (like news of a new product), I'll only do it if you've asked for it, and every message will tell you how to stop.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Gumroad and Cloudflare may use their own cookies or similar technology on their own pages and services. Their policies cover that.

5. Who else handles your information

• Gumroad: checkout, payment, receipts and file delivery.
• Cloudflare: hosting and security of this website.
• Google (Gmail): the email service I use to reply to you.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

6. How long I keep it

I keep order and support emails for as long as I need them to help you and to meet record-keeping requirements, and then delete them.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to any records I'm legally required to keep. If you live somewhere with data-protection law that gives you more rights (for example the EU, UK or California), I'll respect those rights too. Email paperclipstudio1@gmail.com and I'll reply as soon as I can.

8. Children

My products and this website are meant for adults managing their own money. They are not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Where information is processed

I'm in India, and the services above operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

10. Security

I rely on the security of the services above and use reasonable care with the emails I receive. No online service can promise perfect security.

11. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy I'll update the date at the top of this page.
